The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology recently approved a number of industry standards, of which four valve standards will be implemented on December 1, 2018. The four standards are "valve starting device, technology, condition", "insulation jacket valve", "copper float type automatic exhaust valve", "liquefied natural gas axial flow check valve", "Technical Conditions of Valve Pneumatic Device" JB The /T 13460-2018 standard will replace the original JB/T8864-2004 version, and the remaining three are new standards.
The "Pneumatic Device Technical Conditions" stipulates the terms and definitions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging and storage of valve pneumatic devices. The standard is applicable to working pressure 0.4MPa~0.7MPa, working environment temperature -20°C~60°C, air source is clean and dry air or nitrogen or other compressible gas (do not contain corrosive gas, solvent or other liquid). Straight-stroke pneumatic devices for linear motion and angular-stroke pneumatic devices for rotary motion are not suitable for diaphragm pneumatic devices.
"Insulation Jacket Valves" stipulates the terms and definitions of insulation jacket valves, structural types, technical requirements, insulation jacket materials, test and inspection methods, inspection rules, signs and supply requirements. This standard is applicable to insulated jacket gate valves, globe valves, check valves, ball valves and butterfly valves with nominal pressures PN16~PN160 and nominal sizes DN15~DN600. Other specifications and types of insulated jacket valves can be used as reference.
"Bronze float type automatic exhaust valve" specifies the structural type, technical requirements, materials, test and inspection methods, inspection rules, signs, and protection, packaging, storage and transportation of copper float type automatic exhaust valves. This standard is applicable to exhaust valves for systems such as heat pumps with a nominal pressure not greater than PN16, a nominal size of DN8 to DN25, an operating temperature of -20 °C to 110 °C, and a working medium of water or a concentration of ≤30%.
