[Essential information]

       American Standard butterfly valve is a kind of high performance butterfly valve manufacturing according to current U.S. standard API609 design. The valve adopts a three dimensional eccentric tapered seat seal. The butterfly plate is sealed with a new metal sheet and fits into the disc to fit the valve seat. The butterfly plate rotation and compress the seal, so the sealing surface of the friction resistance is small, with more tightening function is closed, so open to ensure reliable sealing performance, sealing completely out of contact, ensure the sealing surface is not damaged. The main structure characteristics of 815W, 830W, 860W series of the folder type butterfly valve and flange three eccentric structure, and 815L, the main structural features of 830L series butterfly valve is the valve body around the belt lug design with screw single flange structure.
