[Essential information]

       Power station valve pipe ends welding structure, welding groove can be made according to the standard or user requirements, is suitable for the thermal power plant, petrochemical, metallurgy and other high temperature and high pressure water, steam, oil, superheated steam pipe for preventing backflow device of medium. One is to follow the introduction of the ANSIB16.34 and JIS E101 standards; the other is the Jb3595 standard national model. The temperature and pressure levels they follow are consistent, and there is some kind of interchange in some pipes. The central part adopts the non pressure bonnet self tightening type, and has good sealing performance under the high temperature and high pressure conditions. There are two kinds of materials in the self sealing ring: one is low carbon steel, the other is flexible graphite clamp, and the 316 wire (net). Sealing surface, surfacing, drilling base, cemented carbide. The processed pure metal layer is larger than 3mm, with wear-resistant, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, long service life.

[Valve features]

1, The overall quenching valve, and can move up and down on the valve body, the medium flow back, by the media pressure and spring automatic valve closed.

2, Body, valve cover are die forgings.

3. The sealing surface on the valve seat is made of cobalt carbide plasma spraying welding surface. Good abrasion resistance and scratch resistance.

[Adaptive condition]
     Check valve installed in the pipeline system, the main role is to prevent media backflow, check valve is a kind of pressure on the media to open and close the automatic valve. The clip type check valve applies to nominal pressure PN1.0MPa~42.0MPa and Class150~25000; nominal diameter DN15~1200mm and NPS1/2~48; work temperature -196~+540℃ of various pipelines, used to prevent medium flow back. By choosing different materials, it can be applied to many mediums such as water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, strong oxidizing medium and uric acid.
